About Me
Tessa O'Shea - Mental Health Occupational Therapist
I’m Tessa, an Occupational Therapist with experience supporting people with neurodiversity and mental health diagnoses. I’ve worked with children, teens, and adults across a wide range of areas, including neuro-affirming practice, sensory processing, emotional regulation, and functional skill development.
I’m passionate about supporting clients to build confidence, independence, and meaningful daily routines, whether that’s navigating school, starting a new job, or finding strategies to make life feel more balanced. I work with individuals aged five and up, offering both in-person and telehealth services.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me enjoying the beautiful Southern Highlands, spending time with family, and always learning more about how to make therapy truly person-centred.
